MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP
Our minors are in action this Bank Holiday Monday with an away game to Valley Rovers. Best of luck to all the players and their management.
UNDER 8S
Our Under 8s brought a brilliant season to an end with three great games against Erin's Own in Caherlag on Sunday morning. Well done to this great bunch of girls who were fantastic in training and matches all year.
CAMOGIE
UNDER 13S
Our U-13s move on to the U14 (2) County Championship Final after a victory over Douglas last Sunday afternoon in very blustery conditions. The black and whites got out ahead in the first-half and never looked back. Thank you to our hosts Douglas. The girls have worked very hard as a team until to get to this point.
Next up is the final on November 2 against Inniscarra.
UNDER 16s
Our U-16s were away to Eire Óg last Saturday afternoon in the P2 Championship semi-final. We were slow to start but the girls put in an incredible last 40 minutes to drag themselves back into the game. Unfortunately, we had left ourselves too much to do and came up short in the end. The girls can hold their heads high and be proud of a very spirited performance.
Well done to Roisin who was fantastic as captain.
