Midleton GAA, Midleton Camogie & Midleton Ladies Football One Club Membership 2021

Dear Fellow Member,

I hope you and your family are keeping well.

We are writing to you to let you know your Club Membership for 2021 is now due and we outline below the steps you can follow at make this payment.

Membership income is a key source of revenue for our Club in any year, but in 2021 it is more important than ever. While a lot of our revenue streams are in hibernation because of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, our liabilities are still falling due. As you are aware, we have ambitious and hugely exciting plans for Park South and to keep these on track our membership income is more important than ever. To play, act as a Team Mentor or Club Officer you need to be a paid-up member, and, if you are a Full Member and have paid your membership before 31st May you may vote at the Club AGM.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions there are no current plans to have Membership Day in the Club as in previous years, therefore the summary below outlines how Midleton GAA One Club will facilitate membership 2021. Your membership payment and your continued support in general is greatly appreciated and we hope that we all be back participating and contributing to our thriving Club over the next couple of weeks /months.

Summary points to note for 2021 Membership:

  • Membership is due to be paid by 31st May. Normally it is March 31st but Croke Park has extended for this year until 31st may.
  • You may pay your membership in several ways.
  • If paying in one single payment you have two options:

  • Contact GAA Club Registrar Tracy Saunderson by email at to arrange payment.
  • Completed Membership form must accompany first payment.
  • You must pay in three equal size instalments.
  • You may pay Tracy either by cheque, two of which may be post-dated for June and July or by three equal sized cash payments.
  • All cheques should be made payable to ‘Midleton Hurling & Football Club’

However, from an administrative perspective and ease for our members, we would encourage members where possible to complete this year’s membership through the KlubApp.

Membership Weekend

Given the current Covid 19 restrictions we cannot have a Membership Day in our Club Pavilion at Clonmult Memorial Park as we have done in recent years.

With that in mind we have designated Saturday May 8th and Sunday May 9th as our Membership Weekend.
