Condolences
Cumann Luthchleas Gael Mainistir na Corann would like to offer our sincere condolences to the McCarthy and Phelan families following the passing of Ann McCarthy (née Cleary) and Dick Phelan.
Ann McCarthy, whose father Eamon was a Cork minor and former Midleton player, grew up in Railway Terrace and had a lifelong interest in the club. Along with her husband Anthony she was a regular attendee at Midleton games.
Dick Phelan from Pilltown in Kilkenny became involved in the club from the time he arrived in the town to work in Irish Distillers. He was involved with our juvenile and adult teams and was also a great follower of the club and the GAA, particularly all things Kilkenny.
Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamnacha.
