Senior Hurling Championship
Our hurlers play Killeagh in the first round of the Senior Hurling Championship next Sunday afternoon in Castlemartyr @ 3.30pm.
The Club Executive would like to wish the team management and players the very best of luck in this game.

Junior Hurling
Last Tuesday evening our Junior 2 hurlers played hosts to Sars at St Colmans Community College. In the first half with the aid of a very strong breeze we played very well and led at the break. Our lead however was’nt sufficient and Sars came very much into the game and finished deserving winners by 4-17 v 2-13. 

Training this Monday @ 7pm and our next game is this coming Thursday 14th v Carrigtwohill at home @ 7.30pm.

Minor Hurling
Our minor hurlers had a very good win in the Premier 2 Hurling League away to Glen Rovers recently by 3-17 to 0-17 and last Friday evening in their first Non Exam League game they defeated Eire Og at home by 0-21 v 1-09.

Golf Outings
Last Wednesday the GAA Society’s Captain’s Tom Mintern’s prize took place at East Cork Golf Club with a Shotgun start at 5pm, there was a fine turnout for it.
The overall winner was Cian Mc Carthy with a great score of 45pts.

The next outing is on Friday June 12th at Fota Golf Club (Barryscourt course) from 3.40pm to 5pm. Reservations can be made in advance with Jim O Sullivan, this outing will be very kindly sponsored by Garry Johnson of the Maple Leaf Bar.

Our annual Juvenile Golf Classic will take place on July 8 & 9th at East Cork Golf Club. The competition is a 3 Ball Scramble and teams cost only €120, Tee times can be booked by contacting either Anthony Wall 086/3154016 or Coleman Quirke 087/2523759. Tee Box sponsorship is also available at €50, we look forward to your support for this very important fundraiser.   

Camogie
Our Fe 12 camogie team played and won their first competitive match last week away to Nemo Rangers, both teams  played well and displayed great sportsmanship and respect throughout. Well done to all involved.

Condolences
The Club Executive would like to express their sympathys to the Burke & O’Regan familys on their recent bereavements. 

Lotto
Our Lotto Jackpot was €1,400 , we had no winner, the numbers were 4,8,10 & 18, the €40 Lucky Dip winners were Rose Crowley, Nina Byrne, Jerry O’Farrell, Jim Furlong & Billy Mc Grath. Next weeks Jackpot will be €1,600. 
The Lotto draw takes place each Friday in the Club. Tickets are on sale at the Club Bar, O ‘Neills Bar, Linehans Bar, Maple Leaf Bar, O’ Farrells Butchers, Frank Murphy Butchers, Pat Walsh Paints, Chadwicks, Teach Beag & Niall Mac’s Bars.

BINGO takes place each Friday night in the GAA Pavilion from 8pm, guaranteed Jackpot of 1,000 euro!!

Kellogs Cul Camp
Our camp for Boys takes place from Monday the 29th of June until Friday the 3rd of July. Our camp co ordinator is Patrick Beausang, further details to follow soon. 

Outdoor Training
Training for all the Street League groups takes place each Saturday morning at the MAIN PITCH and will continue over the coming months.
