Camogie

Our U16 girls took on Enniskeane last Sunday afternoon in the county league semifinal in Midleton. Overall the girls showed great form in this game and although we conceded a soft goal with Enniskeane's first attack the girls settled afterwards and played great camogie to lead at halftime on a scoreline of 4 03 to 1 02. Jill Connaughton was outstanding in goals for Midleton all throughout. We began the second half slowly but we eventually got settled again with the forwards taking some great scores. We ran out easy winners in the end on a scoreline of 8 11 to 1 06. Well done girls.
