Midleton Hurling & Football Notes

Club Development Planning Process
The Club is creating a 5-year plan for its future growth and development within the Community. This plan will cover all key aspects of Club activity, including:
Coaching and Games Development  -  Club Structures and Administration  -  Communications, Public          Relations and Club Culture  -  Club Facilities Development -  Finance and Fundraising.

The Club wishes to receive input to this plan from all interested parties, both current members and non-members from the wider community. Your views are most welcome.
To facilitate this process, you are invited to attend our Public Meeting at the Club Pavilion on Jan 29th from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Please spread the word. All ideas and input will be collected by means of an organised workshop, coordinated by experienced facilitators on the night.
You will also have the opportunity, should you so wish, to join one of our 5 Focus Groups (one for each of the key areas above). These groups will meet 3 times during the month of February to further develop the ideas and input from the workshop.
