Midleton Juvenile Training Initiative

Thanks to our training officer Martin McSweeney, our club for the first time has a planned training guide for all juvenile selectors.
The plan (Player Pathway) has been worked on for quite a while now and we are fortunate to now have a proper and easy to follow plan for all new selectors who join our club.
In addition to the Player Pathway Martin has also developed a player Skills Test and Profile sheet which Selectors can use to record the progress of our juvenile players year after year.
