Fé15 Notes

On Saturday we took a day out from regular training ahead of the new season and went to Curragh Wood to partake in some team building activities

The overnight rain cleared to leave a perfect morning, where the lads took part in various team challenges along a course set out by Gavin and Martin. It proved to be an extremely enjoyable and testing morning’s activity which everyone thoroughly enjoyed and there was a hint of maybe running something similar later in the summer.

A lot of tired, muddy but happy lads dug into some brownies provided by Martin before we all headed for home.

A big Thank you to all who braved the elements on Wednesday night last ,2Nd June to attend our coaches meeting at Park South, Youghal Rd. It was our first opportunity to meet outdoors but the weather was not on our side and a few of us had to run for the umbrellas. Ingrid put us through our paces with a jam packed agenda and covered all issues which have come up recently  . We would like to welcome on board our two player reps Lucy and Rayanna  who are Junior players themselves and will attend upcoming  meetings and give ‘ The Players ‘  a voice. So welcome to you both girls and we look forward to your valued input at our meetings.
