Allianz Hurling League
Last Sunday afternoon the Cork hurlers travelled to Wexford to take on their hosts in Round 2 of the Allianze League but unfortunately lost out in the end by 1-14 to 0-21.
It turned out to be a very tight game with a first half goal from Conor Lehane (1-02, 1 free) keeping Cork ahead at the break by 1-09 to 0-10.
However Wexford were more tenacious in the second half holding Cork to only five points and adding a further eleven of their own.
Corks next game against Clare takes place on Sunday 18th in Cusack Park @ 2pm.

This is a huge fundraising effort for both Clubs with all money raised from the Gaa participants going towards the New Club Development at the Youghal Road. We have no doubt that you will all give it 100%.

The Lip Sync Launch Night will take place next Friday 9th February from 7pm at Midleton Rugby Club. MC Fanta will introduce the Acts that will preform on the live night.
