Youghal Road Devlopment
We are currently carrying out studies in relation to the new land. These studies being carried out by Corcoran Engineers & Architects relate to the potential best use of the land and will dictate our planning submission which we hope to complete in the coming months.

Blood Donor Awareness by Patrick Dunlea
As some of you may or may not know my Dad Paddy is currently fighting Leukaemia and as part of his ongoing Chemotherapy treatment he also receives blood and platelet donations. Next Sunday the 29th of October I'm running the Dublin City Marathon and instead of asking for sponsorship I want to raise awareness of the shortage of blood and platelet donors in the country. Only 3% of the population donates blood and there are only 2,400 platelet donors in the country. The Irish Blood Transfusion Service will hold a clinic in the Midleton Park Hotel on Wednesday the 1st and Thursday the 2nd of November for regular donors and new donors are always needed and welcome. You really will be saving someone’s life by giving up an hour of your time for this great cause. Thank you in advance.
