Midleton GAA () vs Kiltha Óg ()

We played at home on the main pitch v Kiltha Óg on Saturday 12th in a hurling league game. It promised to be a good event as we knew Kiltha had some good players and we had had some close matches previously.
This event would prove to be just as equal.
Midleton were down some players for various reasons and we were helped out on the day by 5 Fe 10 lads.
We split into two equal teams for matches of 20 minutes a side. Midleton did not have their way from the start with Kiltha Óg putting on pressure from early on. Midleton however were quick to the ball and were determined to get the best result. At half time both matches were fairly even and on the resumption we got stuck right back in. Overall we played well but need to be a bit cuter when getting our scores and use our strengths.
In the end we won one game and lost the other but learned in both matches.
